LU Lifeng

Mr. LU Lifeng was born in Beijing in Aug.1971.

Biography:

1994-1998 Studied in Art Academy of China, majored in Printmaking and obtained bachelor degree.

1999-2002 Studied in Art Academy of China, majored in Printmaking and obtained Master of Arts.

Studied on the Technique of Lithography and got Chongli Arts Scholar.

Oct.2001-Jan.2002 Took a study visit to Art Design Collage, Oersted University.

July.2002-Present, begin teaching in Art Academy of China after graduation.

Black-White Lithography “Flowers in Vase” was selected in Zhejiang Prints Exhibition, 1998.

Color Lithography “May Sentiment” was selected in Zhejiang Prints Exhibition, 2000.

Black-White Print “Still Life” was selected in the Fifth Annual National Advanced Art Academies Printmaking Teach and Creation Proseminar Fine Art Works Exhibition.

Color Lithography “Passing Time” was selected in the Seventh Annual Etching, Lithography and Silkscreen Exhibition.

Color Lithography “Still Life on Shelf” attended “2003 Beijing-A Hundred Young Artists Exhibition”, host by Today Art Museum.

Copper Etching “The Puzzle of Bipolar” serial was selected by the “Three Provinces (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai) Invitation Exhibition in 2005.

Copper Etching “The Puzzle of Bipolar No.3” and Lithography “Thoughts on Distant Stars No.1”were exhibited in the 50th Anniversary of Prints Department of Art Academy of China.

Lithography “Thoughts on Distant Stars No.2” was selected by the 17th Annual National Prints Exhibition.

Lithography works-“Still Life”, “Concealed Habitat” and “Thoughts on Distant Stars No.2” were selected by the Exhibition of Great Print Works in the Past 15 Years of Zhejiang.

Color Lithography “Thoughts on Distant Stars” was selected by the Fifth Annual National Advanced Art Academies Printmaking Teach and Creation Annual Exhibition, 2006 (Art Academy of Tianjin).

Sep., 2007 His works “Other Place No.1”, “Other Place No.2”, “Other Place No.3” were selected in the Three Provinces (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai) Youth Print Exhibition.

Sep., 2007 Lithography “Other Place No.4” was selected by the 18th Annual National Prints Exhibition, and awarded Chinese Art Award-nominated.

Dec., 13th 2007, His lithography “Thoughts on Distant Stars No.4” was selected in the “Inquisitions to The Prints Art”-Digital Skills and Contemporary Prints Art Exhibition, hold by Chinese Artists Association and Art Academy of China.

Dec., 24th 2007, Lithography works -“Thoughts on Distant Stars No.4”, “Other Place No.2”, “Other Place No.3”, “Other Place No.4” were selected in the Art Works Exhibition of Zhejiang Famous Prints Artists, hold by Zhejiang Artists Association.
