Chen Yuping
The Eulogy of Spring depicts spring scenery that world is reviving, snow and ice are melting, and trees are budding. Teams of wide goose migrated back from north are flying and convoluting along with the torrential river. The bright sunshine illuminates all things on the vivid field.The picture features the unique sight in northern China, broad, splendid and gutty, resembling a piece of spring symphony.
Chen was born in 1947, and in 1983 he completed a printmaking course at CAFA. Now he is member of Chinese Printmakers' Association and Chinese Artists' Association. He is also a professional artist with the Heilongjiang province printmaking Institute, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Provincial Print Council. He has been designated a Grade 1, National Artist.

His artworks were collected by national and international art museums and collectors. He held four solo exhibitions in Japan. And the two books of his works < Chen Yuping Banhua Xuanji > were published.
