Xiaoxie:What a wonderful art trip, especially to see so many Zhu Dequn’s new works. I very much like Mr. Zhu Dequn’s oil painting and I never expect to find his prints in no way inferior in your website. From these works, I once again comprehend the flash and freely move in his painting works. Ancy:I study art. Accidentally, I met you website--china gallery on line, a very great professional graphics arts website. I particularly liked the work of professor Shiyi, his application of the original plain language of art to show the ancient charm of graphics art, especially his print—“The Ever flowing River ". He used black-and-white prints with an unique taste to displays the charm of Chinese woodcut prints. I appreciate your effort on the Chinese prints. Hope to see more and better Chinese printmaking on your web. Mary:You are so nice! And no I didn't have a doubt about Ma Li, his print
really touched my heart and I just didn't understand if it were a print or
wood. I'm not surprised that he won such a large award, he has great
talent for capturing the feeling of the mountains. I have never heard of
anyone who loved mountains like I do myself and you can see it in this
print. I'm really quite excited about it. He Weimin:I am a Chinese artist, currently is doing DPhil Degree in the UK. I am very very impressed to your website. Bruce:I am very interested in Asian and southeast Asian art, especially woodblock prints from China and Japan.I am interested in collecting chinese woodblock prints. Mr. Wang:I am an art collector; I have been collected oil paintings. But after I visited your website, also feel that printmaking is very interesting. Could you offer me more information on the print collections? And I ‘m very interested in your art club, if you have any new activities, please contact me. Thank you! Mary:I have never heard of reduction woodblock print but it
sounds so precise and "A feeling for mountains" is just so beautiful and
gives me such a peaceful feeling. Tom:My wife and I are very interested in the prints of Shi Yi and perhaps other artists. I was able to travel to Yunnan Province in 1990 and 1994 to work with Chinese scientists, and I collected six woodcuts during those trips. My favorite print is named "Shan Lu" by artist Yang Chen-Zhong, and seeing this print has encouraged me now to make woodcut prints myself. My woodcut prints are an important reminder to me of Chinese friends and my experiences in China. Volker:I like your website very much, and it is great fun and very impressive to see the works of your artists. In fact, I'm very much interested in Chinese woodblock prints and other forms of popular or fine arts from contemporary china. John:I have long been an admirer of Zao Wou-Ki and his work. I do not make the kind of money to purchase his actual works of art, but would like the opportunity to see his work and perhaps purchase catalogs with his work in them. Hopefully one day I can save enought money to buy one of his beautiful lithographs. Thank-you. Sahastra:I recently came acoross te works of Hao Boyi. I like his works very much and bought one (I also like Cranes a lot). I would love to be informed if any his works are available. thanks. Clai:
