I particularly liked the work of professor Shiyi, his application of the original plain language of art to show the ancient charm of graphics art, especially his print—“The Ever flowing River ". He used black-and-white prints with an unique taste to displays the charm of Chinese woodcut prints. I appreciate your effort on the Chinese prints. Tom：My wife and I are very interested in the prints of Shi Yi and perhaps other artists. I was able to travel to Yunnan Province in 1990 and 1994 to work with Chinese scientists, and I collected six woodcuts during those trips.  My favorite print is named "Shan Lu" by artist Yang Chen-Zhong, and seeing this print has encouraged me now to make woodcut prints myself. My woodcut prints are an important reminder to me of Chinese friends and my experiences in China.
